What is your return policy?
Due to demand and hygiene reasons, there will be no refunds or returns for all products. 

    What should I do if my items arrive damaged or defective?
    If you receive damaged or defective product upon arrival, please send us an e-mail at info@betterhealthmedicalshop.com. Provide an image of the defective or damaged product. You will be responsible for all shipping charges for return. 

    What should I do if I received the wrong product?
