Do you sell medical grade equipment that can be used by healthcare workers or government agencies?

We have with multiple suppliers to provide medical grade supplies to healthcare professionals and frontline healthcare workers. On our wholesale page, you can inquire about large orders. We are using trusted suppliers from Canada, USA & China. Each mask is Certified for use and FDA approved. Our Canadian made products are also government approved for big business and healthcare professionals.

What is COVID-19?

COVID-19 is the infectious disease caused by the most recently discovered coronavirus. This new virus and disease were unknown before the outbreak began in Wuhan, China, in December 2019. COVID-19 is now a pandemic affecting many countries globally. Learn more from trusted and reputable recourses:

How does the COVID-19 virus spread?

People can catch COVID-19 from others who have the virus. The disease spreads primarily from person to person through small droplets from the nose or mouth, which are expelled when a person with COVID-19 coughs, sneezes, or speaks. These droplets are relatively heavy, do not travel far and quickly sink to the ground. People can catch COVID-19 if they breathe in these droplets from a person infected with the virus. This is why it is important to stay at least 1 metre (3 feet) away from others. These droplets can land on objects and surfaces around the person such as tables, doorknobs and handrails. People can become infected by touching these objects or surfaces, then touching their eyes, nose or mouth. This is why it is important to wash your hands regularly with soap and water or clean with alcohol-based hand rub. Visit WHO FAQ to learn more information on how to prevent the spread.

What is World Health Organization recommending to countries that are considering public mask use in community?

For countries considering the use of masks, WHO advises decision makers to apply a risk-based approach and consider the following:
 

Purpose of mask use: if the intention is preventing the wearer transmitting infection to others (that is source control) or to offer protection to the wearer against infection (that is prevention).

In addition to these factors, potential advantages of the use of masks by healthy people in the community setting include reducing potential exposure risk from an infected person during the ‘pre-symptomatic’ period or if an infected person is asymptomatic. How can I change my shipping details?

Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from Canada. There are no customs related charges. We offer free shipping on orders over $50.00 CAD.

How do I know when an item will arrive?

You will be notified when the order is shipped from our store facility, the email will share a code that you can track? confirm

How long does it take to deliver?

Typically, orders are received and shipped within 5-8 business days. Due to high volume of orders and limited staff, delivery time may take longer than usual.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. We ship all over the world.

What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

How do I proceed through the checkout?

Once you add items to your card it will automatically show you the checkout button on the right side of your items. If you are done shopping and are ready for payment, just click the red checkout button.

Why did the currency change at checkout?

Our prices are in US Dollars. The site reads your IP location and shows you the local currency but the checkout will still be US Dollars.

How do I change or cancel my order?

After you have clicked "Place Your Order," you cannot cancel or change your order, as our system is designed to process and ship orders immediately. Please immediately email us betterliffe if there is a problem with your order.
