COVID-19 Update
Due to the COVID-19 events, new protocols have been set in place across the world. There has been a surge in demand for Personal Protective Equipment for personal and medical use. Products like medical masks, sanitary products, and sanitary medical devices are all in short supply because of the demand. A worldwide shortage of these materials has resulted in suppliers and manufacturers increasing their prices drastically. Our focus is to support front line healthcare workers affected by COVID-19 in addition to ensuring continuity and reliability of our supply chain to our contracted healthcare customers and global partners. At Better Health Medical we have taken on the incredible price hike and are working to meet all demand.
In an effort to bring our customers the products they need during this difficult time, we want to be as transparent with you as possible. Even with low availability and demand, we are working on finding top quality products at fair prices. Our intentions are not to price gouge. Our intentions are to make products in need available and the price reflects the inflation from the worldwide market. To keep our stores open, we must continue to keep our employees payed, working in safe and sanitary conditions. The employees of Better Health Medical are working overtime to find quality products and deliver them to our customers and medical professionals. We are not trying to take advantage of anyone through high prices, instead we are donating further supplies to the community.
Better Health Medical has supplied over 3000 masks to frontline healthcare workers across Canada.
